Your email should include:
- The name or word you want to order. Please double check the spelling before you send your order.
- The name of the font you have chosen for your name/word and if you want the font in it's natural color (white or wood depending on font) or what color you want it painted ($3 per word/name).
- Color scheme and theme. Give as much detail as possible. A picture of the room would be helpful.
- Your name and address for shipping. If you want your order sent to a different address please include that address.
- Email address.

You will receive an email with a photo of the unfinished letters and the papers to be used for your order. Your total price will also be included in the email. Payment (through PayPal) and an email with approval of paper selection is required from you before your order will be completed.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. During the holidays we cannot guarantee ship times. You will receive an email on the day your order was shipped.
